Ordering from outside the US? Email support@bartstees.com and we’ll do our best to help.
All Bart's Tees products are printed on demand — each item is custom-produced just for you. We stand behind every order, and we want you in apparel you actually love wearing.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery and are always free.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item? Email support@bartstees.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll ship a free replacement at no cost. In most cases you won't need to send the original back — and if we ever do need it returned, we'll email you a free prepaid shipping label, so a return never costs you anything.
Ordered the wrong size? We've got you. Contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll issue a full refund on the incorrect item — then simply re-order the correct size and we'll ship it out. Usually you can keep the original — there's typically no need to return the wrong-sized item — but if a return is ever required, we'll cover it with a free prepaid label.
If a physical return is ever required, the item must be in new or unworn condition.
Order cancellations: Because our apparel is custom-printed on demand, production begins very quickly. You may cancel or modify your order within 1 hour of placing it. After 1 hour, your order is locked in and sent to our printing facilities, and we can no longer cancel or change it. To cancel within this 1-hour window, email us immediately at support@bartstees.com with your order number.
Non-returnable items: Gift cards and final-sale items are non-returnable. If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, just ask.
Refunds: Once your return or claim is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven't received your refund, contact us at support@bartstees.com.
One small ask: rather than letting that shirt sit unworn in a drawer, please consider donating it to a local charity or passing it to someone who could use it. We can't require it — but we'd much rather see good apparel go to good use.

Yes — returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery and are always free. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, contact us within 14 days for a free replacement; in most cases you won’t need to send the original back, and if a return is ever required we’ll email you a free prepaid label. Ordered the wrong size? We currently ship within the United States, including PO boxes and APO/FPO military addresses via USPS-eligible services. If you’d like to order from outside the US, email support@bartstees.com and we’ll do our best to help.
You’ll receive a tracking email once your order ships. You can also check your order status from your account page.
Fits vary by product. Each product page links to a detailed Size Guide with measurements in inches and centimeters — if you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
Checkout is handled securely by Shopify and accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Shop Pay, and Apple Pay.
