Return Policy
All Bart's Tees products are printed on demand. Because each item is custom-produced for you, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, wrong size selection, or buyer's remorse.
We do accept returns for:
- Defective or damaged items
- Printing errors (wrong design, misaligned print)
- Wrong item received
To initiate a return, email support@bartlettlabs.io within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement at no additional cost.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why does processing take 2–5 days?
Every Bart’s Tees product is printed on demand. There’s no warehouse full of pre-made shirts — your order is produced specifically for you, which means zero waste and higher quality.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Because each item is custom-produced, we can only accept returns for defective or damaged products. If your order arrives damaged or with a printing error, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll send a replacement at no cost.
What if my order is lost in transit?
If tracking shows no movement for 10+ days (domestic) or 30+ days (international), reach out to us and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve it or send a replacement.
Do you ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
Yes. USPS-eligible addresses including PO boxes and military addresses are supported for domestic orders.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking email once your order ships. You can also check your order status from your account page.
