Every Bart’s Tees product is printed on demand. There’s no warehouse full of pre-made shirts — your order is produced specifically for you, which means zero waste and higher quality.
Yes — returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery and are always free. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, contact us within 14 days for a free replacement; in most cases you won’t need to send the original back, and if a return is ever required we’ll email you a free prepaid label. Ordered the wrong size? Reach out within 14 days and we’ll refund the incorrect item so you can re-order the right size — usually you can keep the original (we just ask that you donate it to someone in need), and if we do need it back, return shipping is on us. Wrong-size refunds are limited to one item per order, at our discretion.
Because every item is printed on demand, production starts fast. You can cancel or modify your order within 1 hour of placing it — just email support@bartstees.com with your order number right away. After 1 hour, your order is locked in and sent to our printing facilities, so we can no longer cancel or change it.
If tracking shows no movement for 10+ days, reach out to us and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve it or send a replacement.
We currently ship within the United States, including PO boxes and APO/FPO military addresses via USPS-eligible services. If you’d like to order from outside the US, email support@bartstees.com and we’ll do our best to help.
You’ll receive a tracking email once your order ships. You can also check your order status from your account page.
Fits vary by product. Each product page links to a detailed Size Guide with measurements in inches and centimeters — if you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
Checkout is handled securely by Shopify and accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Shop Pay, and Apple Pay.
