Mobile Terms of Service

The Bart's Tees mobile message service is operated by Bartlett Labs DBA Bart's Tees. By using the service, you agree to these Mobile Terms and the main Bart's Tees Terms of Service at https://bartstees.com/terms.

Bartlett Labs DBA Bart's Tees sends SMS/text messages only to customers who explicitly opt in through a website consent checkbox or through recognized opt-in keywords such as START, SUBSCRIBE, or JOIN. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology.

Service-related messages may include order confirmations, order updates, shipping notifications, tracking links, and support responses. Promotional messages may include product drops, promotions, and other marketing alerts from Bart's Tees.

You understand that you do not have to sign up for the SMS/text messaging program to make a purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You are responsible for any charges imposed by your wireless provider.

You may opt out at any time by replying with any recognized opt-out keyword, including OPTOUT, CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, STOP, STOPALL. After opting out, you may receive a one-time confirmation message. No further messages will be sent unless you initiate a new opt-in.

Messages may contain links to Bart's Tees order status pages, package tracking pages, support pages, product pages, or other BartsTees.com pages. Our SMS program does not include lending or loan content and does not include age-gated content.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to opt in again using your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Bart's Tees and Bartlett Labs will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the service, errors in such information, or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or service.
